We have many new things to say and chat about.  First of all Actively throwing a tour together as we speak.  Email, Phone Calls all in which let us meet cool new people around the States.  It's funny how a lot of people know each other???  But check out our shows list..we may be heading your way... if not this time..hopefully in the future.  One of our stops will be in Austin, TX at the South by Southwest Festival.

We thank everyone for their Awesome messages and Emails.  We couldn't be a band without people like yourself listening and caring.

AHHHH!  Another great time in the land of Portland!

Thanks to all who came out to the (hed) P.E. show to support us.  It was a great time with awesome music and a great Stage and Sound system.  So that means. . .a good show :)

It was cool to see a lot of Olympia faces out there and cool to meet a lot of new faces from the Portland area. 

Thanks to Dave, Anthony and Adam for their help at the Show.  Couldn't do it without you. . .

As for us.  We are still working hard on New material and getting some new Merch out. 

Hope to see everyone down at the China Clipper this Saturday June 20th. . .  Should be awesome and Me and Jennie are celebrating our Marriage there.  Should be a great Show and an Super cool night!

What a good party and cool staff they have there. . . that's important. .

So here is a few word of wisdom from Wide Eye Panic: (in order of importancey)


#1.  You Guys:
            a. with out the awesome people we know and love coming out to the shows, we would be nothing.  The way you all as a whole bring the party scene to all of these different clubs is what its all about.  And helping us by buying shit, like the small amount of Merch we have and large quantities of alcohol (LARGE)  haha.  Thank you.  That shit means a lot to us!

#2. Playing our Instruments:
            b. For years, myself, always focused on Business, Money & Promotion.  But lately I have been thinking differently.  Not that those things aren't important, but in the avenue of being a musician.  We love to play...  and that's what a band should be about.  Honing in on our sound and perfecting the audio.  I guess what I'm trying to say is we wana play bigger shows and just Lay it The FuCk Down! ! !  Walk of stage and have some beers with our homies!  (refer to #1) It's not about the business and the money all the time.  It's about the Shows.

So, Thanks for listening through words here, if you made it this far.  Sorry to be so deep :)  I just had an inspiring night last night !

How is life?

How is your Cat?

If you're asking yourself like I am when you are going to win the Mega-millions. . . Just take a deep breath and realize that maybe it's not our time.  Higher Powers haven't put in the Cheat code for us in our computer game called life yet.  One things for sure.  If my life is like the Sims 2 TM, (of coarse) then I would have the Drums and Guitar in my house.  :)

On a different note on what I should be writing about here, MUSIC.  We had some cool stuff going on over the past week.  Tuesday, we got the Chance to play with some bands out of Cali. on Tour.  Cromwell and Kill the Mockingbird. Both great bands.  Cromwell on their adventures south stopped at the PANIC compound and got some Showers and Shut eye. . . Bunch of cool dudes (and a chick) for sure.  If they are reading this.  I had a great time yall ! Also Adam Barr took some rad shots of us there. . . .I will attach one here for you all to check out.  He is Bad ass and Cool and Sweet and Shit. . . Thanks again Adam. . .

As for the band now, Shit is good.  We are presently working on new material to blow your MINDS! ! !  We have a few more Endorsements. TRACE ELLIOT for Bass gear (yay!) And Peavey for Guitars.  We are all excited and a little Poorer because of this.  But New Gear Kicks ASS!! ! !! !  And So Do NEW TUNES for your listening pleasure.

What a Great Two weeks we've had. 

First of all we were hangin with our man Dave Filburn and his lovely lady Moriah. .
Dave's our Studio guy and Myself, Aram and Andrew went down to P-town to help him move.  Good times. . . I never partied and moved someone before. . . I highly recommend it. . . just don't drink 3 cups of coffee and 3 energy drinks in one day. . .  Bad Idea !  It was a great time. . The New Studio is Gunna Kick Major, Huge, Donkey, Slayer-ness. . . .

As for this Weekend that just went by. . .Great times and Some awesome shows with some awesome people. . . .

We played in Hoquiam on Thursday. . . with God Fed Static, Clowded Mind and Mokshya. . . . It was cool. . . .Yet there were no light. . . I found out it was really hard to play in the dark. . . .

Then we hit up Hell's Kitchen last night with some awesome bands. . .

Hunab Ku. . . . .wow. . .my mind is officially Blown. . .
Mokshya. . . from Flagstaff, AZ. . . Cool ass Dudes. . . loved the Jams. .    
and Utterance. . . Love them dudes. . .they always lay it down like james brown..

So. .

Last night we got the invite for the HotRocks Awards.  It was held at The Triple Door in Seattle.  A super nice venue if you haven't been there.  The band and I got to hang out in the VIP area along with Ricker, Jolene and Steve Rock from KISW.  They all seemed cool.  Also in the VIP area were a lot of familiar faces.  Esitu, Drown Mary, S2C, Future Fossil and newly met band Witch Burn.  Cool Chicks they are.  So, did we win?????

Well, Andrew won the Best Drummer Award.  Alright Dude!  The award was presented to him by Alan White, Drummer from YES ! ! !

All in all it was a great night and we got to see all our Ladies Dressed up nice...Always a Bonus.

So we had a Show last night in Seattle at this Kick ass Joint, The Kingcat Theater.  I mean, shit, Huge FUCKING stage.  It's a theater.  I tell you.  If you're in a Band and you get a chance to play there. . .Do it. . .For the size of the room the sound was great.  Plus they had a Bad ass Green room that was like half the size of my house.  Plus Dressing rooms and our own Bathroom.  Let me just say. . .We had a Good Party back there. . .And there was Free Beer. . .Awww. . . .Dream come true. 

It was also Karl Penn's first show with us as our guitar player.  It went great and the crowd responded well.  I hope to play there again.  If we do, yall have to come check it out. . .It's Bad ass! ! ! !

It has been a little while since we have written on here. . . Lots has happened and there is Lots of Wide Eye Panic to come. .

On a Downer note. . . Adam Gonzales is no longer with us for personal reasons. . He is now playing for the Band "One August Mourning" Check em' out here-

The Future holds a lot for us. We are currently working on a New Record and working on More Shows. . .

We also have a Music Video almost to completion for the song off "The Process" entitled "Question b9".

We are very Excited to get back out there and Rock some shows with everyone. It has been a Very long winter and can't wait to hit the scene.

Karl Penn has become a New member of Wide Eye Panic on guitar. His outlook on music and life is similar to ours and will be a great additive to our Blend. . .

Some guy I don't know came up on Stage and Sang a Whole song with us. . . Bad ass . . And thanks to I Borjan. . . Layin down a Kick ass Set. . . Jay as usual. . .You Kick ass. . .It was a Merry old Time. . .And I'm still a little Broken from the After Party. . . JK and Crystal . . .WOW. . .My Brain is Still MELTED ! ! ! Great times at the 2008 ROCKTOBERFEST !  Thanks to everyone who came out. . .There were a lot of People and some Really cool bands. . .A lot of bands actually. . a Great Festival. . .Thanks to Everyone involved in making it a success. . . The Stage was kinda crazy. . .It was moving. . . But I guess that's what you get for being a Band that Runs and Jumps Around like a Pack of Wild Monkeys. . . Hmmm...That was a Pretty good Analogy.  at least from Video's I've watched. .     :)   But I'm glad everything went good. . .Next Stop OLYMPIA ! ! !

So we went on up to the grand town of Everett. . .Played at Jimmy Z's with Holotype and With Scars to Prove. . . Very good line up and great sound in that Place. . . Wow...So the China Clipper went well,,,and that's an understatement. I had an Eye opening experience. . . .So I was chillin with Jennie and Jamie and I was super tired. . .So I laid down to Pass out. . . .Slept for like, maybe 40 mins and When I woke up I was a different Person. . .I was saying crazy stuff and I was all crazy. . . .I took that energy to the Show. . . .It worked out. . . .Thanks to S.O.S. and S.2.C. - Bad Ass ! ! ! Wow....So cool weekend. . . .Went to Bremerton and Aberdeen. . . I had a blast and got pretty wasted. . . .At the Hotel Room at least. . . I was gargling GIN. . . .Oh Yeah ! ! Tasty ! So, Bremerton was insane. . We ended up being the only band and Kicken That Places ass ! ! ! Thanks to all the people who came out from the KP to check us out. . .Good times. . .Then there was the Giant. . .The guy was huge, Drunk and Ready to Kick some ass ! ! ! In which he did in the PIT for sure. . . There was a handful of dudes just dukin it out. . . Everything was cool till the Giant elbowed my Girlfriend in the Face. . .WTF ! Then he dropped his drink and Glass broke all over the Floor. . . .His drunk ass then fell as they were trying to Sweep it up :) He cut the Shit out of his arms and was bleeding all over. . . He even drew a Smiley Face on his Shirt with blood....I thought he had left, but no! He was still there. . .So, we finished Kicken Thats Places ass and got off stage. . .The Craziness ended up outside in the Parking lot where the Giant and another dude started Fighting. . . .In the End the Giant got taken away by an abulence and the Show was done. . . .Holy Balls ! I will say that our boy Ian was right up front Yelling all the words. . . .Right on dude. . .Thanks for Cruising with us..Good times. . .
Then it was off to Aberdeen. . . Randy has a lot of Friends there since he went to school and grew up there. . . It was a fun show . . .Some Old dude kept trying to sell me Weed. . . .I was confused and really didn't need any at the time. . .But he kept asking. . .

Wow-ness. . . .

What a Crazy night last night....We roll out to B-town (Bremerton) and get to the Club, The Winterland. . . First off, thier Pizza is Fucking Grub. . . .Gotta Try it....But anyway, We get there and the Band CastDown had broke up...So they Weren't there.  And then the other band didn't show...So it was just us, In Bremerton.....   ?  ?   So we proceeded to Lay it Down like Jesus after a self help class.....Due to that the Pit went crazy . . . There was this HUGE dude..(Aram just jumped up and down in front of me wearing only a towel)  anyways...back to the Story....this HUGE dude...Fuck. . .Must have been 6.7....320lbs. . .Hey got realy drunk and started Moshing. . .He went insane. . . .Pushing everyone. . . He even came over and Elbowed Jennie in the Face. .WTF . .Then he broke his drink. . .Glass Everywhere. . . .He fell on the floor. . . Now he's bleeding all over the Place. . . He was still moshing. . . Show was awesome, . ,then we were done playing. . . .I was outside having a smoke and now the GIANT was outside picking a fight with this other guy. . .They Brawled and the Gaint actaully got dropped (so Wasted) . . .Next thing I know, an ambulance and a fire truck and COPS were there. . . .So all in all PANIC brought out the CrAzInEsS in B-town fosho ! ! ! ! ! !   Hell's Yeah. . . .I feel Accomplished  :)

Hello....PANIC NATION....

Good times as of Late for the Wide Eye Panic crew.....lotza great shows and awesome parties....lovin it for sure. Yet it is time for a little break...Randy has to go in for Knee surgery on the 27th of June with puts him out for at least a month....So hopefully a quick recovery for him.. We also had to cancel our YELM show @ Jennee's....we will reschedule at a different date. Until then we will be working on some promotional stuff and hanging out and jammin....It'll be a nice break in shows till we are back at the HELL's KITCHEN on July 18th (ALL AGES) and then The STUDIO 7 on July 25th (ALL AGES) so all of yall who always tell us to play ALL AGES SHIT....now is your chance to redeem yourself and show on up....Thanks to everyone who helped with our last shows. Hey there Happy Camper's

How is SHIT??????

We have been playing tons of Shows and Having a Blast.  Powerman 5000, Six Ounce Gloves and The Grail in Idaho with our Brotha's SuBsErViEnT! ! !  All been great times, BUT, now it is time for a little Rest!  Randy, as you probably know, has Injured himself while playing live.  A knee injury is nothing to be Fucked with.  So we will be taking some time off for his Surgery and recovery.  Could take up to a month for him to be off Crutches....so, unfortunetly we had to cancel our Jennee's Show in Yelm on the 28th of June...Sorry to everyone who was planning to be there...We will reschedule another show there...So have no FEAR Yelm.....We will be there SOON! ! ! !  Thanks again to everyone who came out to our last shows.  It means a lot and was Great PARTYING with ya!!!

Olympia, We Love you !

The 4th Ave Tav last night made us realize something....Amazingly gorgeous women love our band.  AND ! ! ! a lot of cool dudes like to get down to the PANIC for sure.  It was an awesome show and an awesome crowd.  Saw some people I hadn't seen in years.....and then proceeded to tear the 4TH AVE a new asshole ! ! !  If anyone has pictures please send them to us at wep@wideeyepanic.com....That would rule ! ! !  I do have to say it was the Best Sound we've ever had at the 4th...we tipped the sound guy....Thanks Dude ! !

so on another awesome note.....Our CD is FINALLY for sale at the Olympia BEST BUY.....It's also going to Ship out to 20 or more BEST BUYs in the North West.....(Portland, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, Tri Cities etc)  I'll let you know when...but for now it's only Shipped to the Olympia Capitol Mall BEST BUY....So show your true support for PANIC and go buy one.....This shit is Legit and aslo helps us become a real band since it gives us a paper trail at a major retailer.....I made the album and I'm gunna go buy one ! !  It's that Important to our Success....

 Well.....Let me see.......Gosh.......Where to start.......?   How many Drinks combined between all of us did it take to get more male nudity in one night than I ever needed to see in my whole life  :)  ?  I think like 45 or so and a Bottle of "Wide Eye" - Caffinated Cherry Schopps stuff....But the main point to make here is:

My favortie part of the Evening was the 3am Swim....I think we were the Night Shifts Entertainment....For Sure.....and to my point before...There were girls there....not just a bunch of dudes.......Just remember....2 BIG glasses of water and 2 tylenol right before bed....NO HANGOVER  ! ! !  :)

Great times in Couer d' Alene, ID....We played at The Grail...and any Band reading this.....PLAY THERE....it is an amazing stage, Amazing Sound and an Amazing Staff....We played with Subservient and Reflections. It was super cool.....Then.....the Craziness.....Hotel Room + Wide Eye Panic + Subservient + A.P. + Celest and Sherry + Jennie Lie = super insane crazy ass attacking bat-wing goating drunk bible tossing pretzels beach ball smacking hot tub chillin' FUCK of a Crazy good Time...I hope that sums it up...

Good "FN" times on Tuesday. Had a blast jammin with the POWERMAN 5000. Was a great show besides the fact that Randy dislocated his knee cap. So you'll definitely see his ass sittin down for a couple shows.....I'm pretty sure it looked bad ass as he flew through the air only to land all his weight on his right leg....OUCH ! ! ! The guys from Powerman were a little shocked as were the crowd... Everyone was asking "How is your guitarist?" "Did he break his leg?" We just Finished the show as Randy went to the ER! Great memories for sure....And Powerman Rocked for sure...Sounded Great !

What a great Show down in the P-Town with POWERMAN 5000.

We Started chillin at Filburn Studios in Beaverton, OR.  Was great to see Dave Filburn and have some beers with our Genius mastermind!!  Then off to Will's ROCK and ROLL Pizza....What a Party...Lotza People there....As we were just gettin warmed up and Rockin the Fuck out Randy did a Super Spring-loaded, highdive style Jump off the Drum Riser.....Looked awesome from the Pictures...only problem was the landing.....His Knee cap dislocated when he hit and then he hit the ground.....In the Craziness we just kept on going and Mike (Filnasty's bro) jumped up on stage and Like Moutha Fuckin Super Man picked Randy up and carried him outside...He had to go to the hospitol....and it was too bad cus he had to miss POWERMAN....and Hell's Yeah they kicked some ass......and as a plus were all cool dudes.....ecxpecially the sound guy Patrick.....So, to say the least...if you were going to miss a PANIC show...this was NOT the one to miss.....Off the Hook...Full of Craziness....Alcohol....and some SmOkE ! ! ! !  Shit...We'de hit a Tour with those guys anyday.....Sweet balls of fire......A memerable one for sure....."Neck Bone" Shit YEAH! ! ! !

Then we'll be down in Portland 2 nights on the 18th and the 19th of April....Will's Rock and Roll Pizza on the 18th and The Ash Street Saloon on the 19th. We love Portland...Very excited to come back. Then we'll be in Tacoma at the Hell's Kitchen on the 26th of April...Sweetness....April is Packed with PANIC....Should be a great time...Hope to see some of you out there and "SHIT". So...Hot Damn.....Great Release Shows.....Of coarse OLYWA @ the ClIppEr Rocked Donkeys....and Then the Tacoma Release @ Maggies was off the hook....All Amazing Bands were there...First off...Low Thin Square....Bad Ass....Dug their shit....Then Rishloo went up...and blew me away...Good tunes...awesome Style....I was amazed....2 Headed Chang hit the Stage and Shit went Crazy...I love them guys...They lay it down Phat..... 4 sure.....what a group of acts to follow....and It went great....I would go on a year tour with all those bands....great eclectic group of musicians.....so all in all the Release of "THE PROCESS" has gone great in the first two weeks....we thank all who've bought 1 (or more) and love the feedback we have received. So, very cool stuff lately. I've had the pleasure of getting this new album "The Process" underway. Production is right around the corner. A Release day has been set. March 11th 2008....and then we will be at the China Clipper in Olympia, WA on the 15th of March for a Release Party....Come join us... It'll be a riot ! ! ! As for availability in stores, more news soon...so stay tuned. . . .The road of making an album is a long one and I've enjoyed every minute of it for sure. So.....here we are.  Getting ready for the coolest thing ever.  The release of our New Album "THE PROCESS".  Fuckin A.  We are excited for this.  Probably the Most excited we've been for a long time.  We hope to have everything in order for the March 15th Show @ The CHINA CLIPPER in Olympia.  Now, I know there are a lot of you out there that aren't 21 yet.....This is something we are working on.  And damnit they need some good all ages Venues around here that don't SUCK!  after the 15th show we are going to HIT THE ROAD for a bit.  And there will be some all ages shows in the mix.  You can count on it.  The CD is in it's final stages of Mixing and Mastering.  The Cover work is near completion. All is going great.  You know, I always thought you Just went to the studio and "POOF" theres an album.  Yet, being an Independant band, there is so much that goes into releasing an album..  The work is Hard but will pay off because this Album ROCKS!!  Another peice of the Puzzle is The WIDE EYE PANIC NATION or easier said "Street Team".  We need good people to help us PROMOTE the shit out of WIDE EYE PANIC.  Doesn't matter how old you are.  Just matters that you'll work hard on passing promo cd's and stickers to everyone you know.  If you are seriously interested please write wep@wideeyepanic.com and say count me in.  Thank so far for all of your support and hope to see you all soon out on the road......Peace

Charlie Drown put together a great CD release party 4 sure.....was a great time... Thanks to all the LaDiEs who came out wearing next to nothing...helps us get into it.... All in all a great night. I hope everone's HoLiDaYs went well... Its always good to see family and relax over a nice glass of wine. Hello People.....Thanks to all who came out to OLYMPIA HEMPFEST yesterday...Its still going on today, yet No Wide Eye Panic there.....one day is enough for us.....4.....sure.....It was great and we ran the generator out of gas....yet you'd think that they would've thought to bring more??? Yet this was a festival about getting really stoned and not remembering gas for a generator..  =)  All in all a great show....I want to call out some names of people I saw there and thank them for showing up :)

Good times....So yes, we have been working on our next Full Length Cd in the Studio.  Things are moving along and sounding AMAZING...This one will be done up right like some HASH browns and eggs over medium....We will keep you all posted on a Date or time, yet it is still in the Future.  I don't know how many people saw the daily videos on our MySpace homepage, but that should give you a taste of what It's like to be stuck in a room with Andrew and Myself for 4 days.  Dave's chill and puts up with our bullshit!!!  Yet he is making this New Album!!  Without Dave there is no Panic....Well at least record wise....But yeah...and all That Shit in a basket...Talk at you all soon

So......Shit yeah...Havn't wrote one of these in a while....how has shit been?   Well, great!  Aram just got married to his beautiful girl Naomi and we are getting ready to go to the studio once again.  We have all our music written and put together...now we just need to make it bad ass on tape....Me personally, I am "FN" stoked for it.....Dave Filburn will be producing with us once again.  He's a  Genius when it comes to audio and shit.....all of us are very excited to work with him again....we just have this one last show before we hit the studio.....July 14th at Maggie O' Tools in Lakewood, WA.......should be bad ass......but anyway....get ready for some new PANIC tunes.......no date set yet.....but we will keep you informed.....until then ....Keep Kickin Ass...
